Buffalo mozzarella (tear it)
Fresh basil (leave it)
Good Olive Oil (drizzle it)
S&P (sprinkle it)

Note: That is not my kitchen. Yes, it's me, preparing to anoint the salad in La Barre EVOO, but I swear my work space is never that outrageously messy...almost never.
